When your order is completed, we mail the included titles within 24 h. from Monday to Friday.
There are two (2) options to receive your order.
a) By air-mail delivery and b) By registered air-mail delivery.


Payment options:

a) Paypal
b) Bank transfer
c) Cash in registered letter
d) Western Union (for orders more than 150 euro)
e) Cash on delivery (Only for Greek customers)

Note that in case you use cash in letter you are responsible to make sure that you have wrote down correctly your delivery address.

For reasons of rationalizasion all orders that exceed two (2) kilos will be mailed to you as registered packages.

All our items are professionally packaged, but in case you receive the goods damaged we can replace them but you have to notify us by email within a week from the day you receive the package and return the defect items to us.

For the territory of Greece only there is the option of sending any goods by cash on delivery. If you live in Greece and you decide to order by this way, then you are responsible to take care of payment upon receipt of goods within ten (10) days. You can also place your order by email. Just remember that there is an extra 2 euro charge from your postal office.
